You are looking to invest in these areas?

If so, I have heard (I have no proof, unfortunately) that these are excellent areas to be right now.

Well I was wondering if it was a good idea to invest in it. Since the property might be in bad condition, there might be some fixtures that need replacement. I was asking if its worth puting $$ in order to flip the house and resale the property?? Is it worth investing into this particular type of property in order to make a couple of bucks??and do u know if there are any requirements to purchase this type of property?

    Thanks in advance
