    Default Bulk REO properties

We have just landed a big national compiler of Bulk REOs we have some success in marketing them but there is more volume then we can handle.. any suggestions on how to market them? they only deal with large investors. in five million blocks or more with big discounts of 60-70% any advise?

They have to move them fast to get them off their balance sheets, so they are deeply discounted. The larger the sale the greater the discount. We did a $156 million dollar transaction with an investor out of Cali (through a Realtor contact on Real Estate Forum) at thirty cents on the dollar. We made 1% on the deal and split it with the buyer rep. Do the math..... Lots of money to be made.. As you can imagine demand for such property is intense ( allot of foreign investors since the dollar is so cheap) therefore a complete package is required before we introduce your buyer to our compliers. Proof of funds and letter of intent are required. (They will have 7 days for due diligence once the REO package is presented) When your ready and have a buyer PM me

THIS ISN'T FOR EVERYONE.. THESE ARE BIG DEALS (MIN $5 MILLION) IF YOU ARE INTERESTED I WILL WALK YOU THROUGH YOUR FIRST DEAL. THIS IS VERY HOT RIGHT NOW AND IS ONLY GETTING HOTTER..

Look forward to working with you..

Do you mean that they are giving 60-70% discounts (i.e selling at 30-40% LTV) or that they are selling the properties at 60-70% LTV? Please clarify. Thanks. Any Atlanta foreclosures on the list?

    Default REO Commissions

Great to hear business and connections are being done via this Forum. As we run this forum for free, I would hate to see that all the effort we put in to keep this forum free from spam was a waste.

It is reading posts like this that show me that our efforts are worth it. Congrats and I hope you develop more business via the forum.

You might even think of advertising on the Forum. The top right banner is available for $100 a month.
