Default Land worth almost $350,00 an acre in Indiana?

I attended an event this weekend which was great. Just wondering if the price tag is a little high. Best way to find out is to ask everyone else. The community is really hidden in a great location, but a million dollars for the lot? What do you think? Check my blog to find out more and see pics: Indiana Real Estate and Realtor Blog

sounds a bit high for anywhere... You can get beachfront acerage for 1 million or less per acre. And with that acre you can put up a high rise condo and make lots more money... but as we all know its all relative...

    It is all relative.
Compared to Manhattan it is cheap.
Not that pricey for Charlotte, NC.
50 x 120 lots (non ocean front) at the Outer Banks have sold
for $200,000 recently (and they are undervalued).
I was in Everett, WA recently. $ 350,000 per acre was not
    pricey there.
