I'm hoping someone in here is executing paperless transactions.

I've hit one obstacle on the listing side, and that is the TDS: I'm in CA using winforms/ zipforms and docusign, which work great, but I don't yet have a way for the seller to edit the TDS remotely.

We are thinking of using Adobe Acrobat...

Also, does anyone know of any legal issues with a seller electronically editing the TDS?

Any thoughts? Any sucess stories?
