Seems that our friends in Europe are closely watching the Real Estate market in this country. Their in the midst of "Bottom Fishing" for property in Florida and I`m sure other parts of the country as well!
Over the weekend I received an email from one of our clients who sent us a shopping list of what type of properties they`ll consider.
In the past these investors wanted to solely deal in pre-construction opportunities throughout Florida, now they`re requirements have changed.
Today they want Small Motels, Trailer Parks, 10- Acres or more of commercial land, Foreclosures of homes near Lakes or waterways. It`s clear that these investors see the Real Estate market at the bottom and want to hedge their bets once the market heads north!
As many of you know there are tons of bargains to be obtained in Florida! If any A/R members have anything they consider of value for our clients please email the description of any property that you have!
