Easter Vacation Week... More or Less Buyers around
OK... We are starting Easter Vacation. Do you typically see more or less appointments to see your listing during this week?
On one hand we have a lot of locals heading out of town with the families but we are also in a vacation area. The hotels are full of people from out of town who may or may not be interested in looking or buying.
Any thoughts??

Activity on our listings
Honestly, during this holiday, and really almost all holidays, we do in fact see less activity.
I think people are out and about and busy with family and friends. I have not found that many real estate buyers are out actively wanting to look at various homes for sale, etc.
This is just my experience based upon our listings for sale on MLS up here in the Minneapolis market. I hope this helps.
