Interesting Article in the Telegraph today re owner of Foxtons Real Estate Agency.
Says he started business by charging almost double the other agents around (and explained to the clients he would get them a better price).
He now has 21 offices in the UK & 7 in the US
And is currently selling his company for around $800 mil!!!!!!
