Business Plan
I'm not a PRO, but I thought it best to post this here.
I'm a brand new agent, waiting for my license to come in here in MI. I really feel it's important to have a business plan.
So, I'm wondering if anyone would be willing to share their business plan with me as an example? Or could anyone advise me on how to prepare a real estate plan for my business.
I'd love any and all comments or any plans you are willing to share!
Thanks in advance!

4000-5000 contacts with people in a way or another (business card+fsbo+flyers+mail out+anything else) every single month will bring you a couple of closing in 6-9 months with recurrent business. One thing though: don't even thing about quitting.

Cody,
That is not a business plan.
You need to pick up a good book and get to know your business plan like the back of your hand. Real Estate is a small business owned by you. Here is a good bok to start with:
The real estate agent's business planner, by Bridget McCrea

That's my business plan.
I know it like the back of my hand and it's clear in my mind. No book needed.
BTW, is this thread like Business Plan??? ??

Yes, I thought I would post it in the new realtor section as well.
Thanks for all the replies so far. I will look at that book.
