Wanted: A Realtor! Tampa, St Pete
Hello, I'm new to this forum and I am looking for a realtor that
can help me out in the Tampa area. I am a loan officer that works from home. I have been doing this for 2yrs and my last realtor just retired. I am looking for someone to swap deals with. Hi Jason,
I too am in the Tampa area but work throughout the United States. I think in order to get deals from Realtors it takes more than just asking. If I'm not mistaken they want to work with loan officers that are competant, efficient, and can close loans.
I am also new to this forum and I have no huge expectations. In order to get deals I must earn respect and show my stuff. REMEMBER you are asking real estate agents to risk their livelihood on you.
I would suggest that you give them time, answer questions, and be helpful. There will be a time that someone needs something and they will remember you. Don't give up
