    Default Prospecting Land Owners

I am looking for some advice for composing a marketing letter for owners for undeveloped land. ( I want to list the land.) I don't have any recent sales for land to mention in a letter or current listings. So that angle would not work. What should the thrust of the letter be? Ideas?

    Default Undercut

I would simply tell them that you won't charge them a penny untill the land is sold at a price they want. And, offer a much lower rate than the competetion.
