    Default Mold Disclosure in California

    Is it mandatory that we have our buyers sign the mold disclosure in California? I thought I heard something about that.

    Hmm. I heard the same time, but I guess it is not mandatory. To make sure, go ask an authority over mold disclosures in Calif .. In most cases, some regions do make it mandatory.
