RELAY Transaction Management System

Does anyone use, or are familiar with, the RELAY Transaction Management System? It is a contact management on-line program that synchronizes with Zip Forms on line and WINForms on line. In fact, it is promoted on Zip Forms' web site and also by NAR. I don't ever remember hearing of anyone using this product so hopefully someone here with have some kind of experience with it.

How does this product compare with Top Producer 7i? Top Producer is promoted as "the best" but I am looking for alternatives relating to functionality and cost. I use Zip Forms On-line frequently and it would be great to synchronize my transaction with RELAY (TP 7i synchronizes with Zip Forms also).
