Making the middle east more accessible
We are a real estate firm based out of NY trying to enter the middle east market. Our first site is called Aradeek . Com and it is meant to accomodate the Lebanese market. Take a look and give me some feedback.
Our goal is to be the primary source for accurate info on buying, renting and selling real estate property in Beirut and all the regions of Lebanon.
To this effect we created a learning center for transparency, a bank review for access to loan information and a blog that has up to date info on current real estate issues.
What else do you see missing?

I would think that having the site in english would be a huge drawback for your site.

Are you targeting only foreign buyers? Because your price range are all listed on the US dollar. What would happen if it's a local who is interested in buying? Can he use the local currency?

language is an issue, should go ahead with some translation.
Also, try to invest in some SEO and google adsense, it will help to push it a bit in the beginning.
