Trulia is very popular with realtors for marketing their listings online. You should definitely use it as part of your marketing mix.

Greetings,
We've been struggling quite a bit as an MLS community with the idea of some of these aggregators of listings. We've seen several examples where local real estate communities have been pushed out of the search engine results by the likes of Trulia, Zillow, Realtor.com, etc. It's important to ask the question of where your listings are going when you provide a feed to one of these syndicators.
Just a thought...Pete Deininger

Trulia
It's a backlink to your web site. A big plus. In addition, I've heard of agents taking an active part in the Q&A with consumers. This can be a big source of business between the blogging and Q&A. With any marketing, if you do it long enough, you'll succeed. That's always been my philosophy.

A couple items to consider...
Hi Jupiter Homes - I can't speak for Trulia, but here's a few additional things to consider when using Zillow: Premier agents convert visitors (15.7 million in Jan. 2011) to contacts and then to clients. Read what they say~ There are multiple ways you can help grow your business using the 10 simple tools on Zillow. I also encourage the use of Real Estate Mobile Technology, it's something every agent in the industry should know about and be using since the consumers are. Zillow also provides all the free support and training you'll ever need to be successful using the tools and services they offer.
If you ever need any assistance, I'm here. I'm not just a member, I'm an employee.
PS: I'm new to this forum and haven't posted 15 times yet so I can't create links but here are the url's if you want to review the above underlined items.
