Moving from California?
Does anyone happen to know of anybody looking for a house in Oregon? I know a lot of people from California are moving up here so I was curious. I told a friend of mine I'd check around for him. He wants to sell his home.

I'm not looking to get started in real estate in another area. I'm actually a Mortgage Broker. I have a friend who is selling their property here so I told them I'd check around to see if I knew of any people that would want to buy a $800,000 property up here. We've seen a good amount of people moving from california to Oregon so I thought I'd check with the forum to see if anyone knew of anyone that was moving. I will set them up with an agent and they would get a 25% referral fee for sending it to the agent.
