Default Short Sales in San Diego. Where do I go?

Where is the best place to advertise a property that is selling well below market value due to a short sale? I have it up on the MLS, Reader, Backpage. Am I missing anything?

    Default you need investor friends!!!

Whats well below market value? 10k, 25k or 100K. If you have enough equity try to reach your Investor market. They pay cash and you have
no hassell closings in 5 to 7 days. try your local chamber of commerce, kudzu.com..build yourself a investor base that way when you run across these fantastic short sales you'll have someone who can buy on the spot.

    Good Luck!!!

Good comment LenderLes...easier to sell those deals quick to investors who already know you. Most areas have investment clubs & meeting full of investors and wannabe investors looking for deals...

    NO!

You should be able to find a good number of investment clubs or groups in your local newspapers and through the internet...

Chamber of commerce can be great for networking but usually totally different set of people...
