    Thumbs up Great Online Office

Our realtors in the office have signed up with a company called HyperOffice. Check them out. Been looking for something like this for a long time... it gives you a professional image, email, document storage and sharing and ... they show you the whole thing and it's real cheap.

    Default Suger CRM

Interesting product for a larger company. We have installed sugarcrm on our servers (the free version) and we are working through the process of remembering to integrate it into daily process. The aspects I like about it is that it is free and employees can access it from any computer.

The downside is that as with most of these programs, the email system is no where near as advanced as outlook. They offer an outlook plugin, but it costs $119 per year or $9 per user per month.

Still, for a small company, it has been wonderful and is very scalable for very little additional expense.

Default hyperoffice email works with outlook too

I set up my outlook email with hyperoffice and I can use whichever one I want. It makes my life very easy.

For $7 (I think) per month, I get the email, calendars, contacts, and all my document sharing.

I use the open source version of SugarCRM for contact management and it works great with the Sun messaging server. So far I'm getting good feedback from users that are currently using it on our server.
