    Default Two brokers-property management and sales?

    HELLO EVERYONE!
    Is it possible to have an LLC and two brokers as brokers and owners of the LLC do sales and property management? Please advise

    From my experience, yes, as long as you are members or member-managers of the LLC and you need to make sure you apply the proper disclosures of your status of real estate broker and manager. However, please consult with an attorney.
