CREA is making changes to our rules in Canada to allow "a la carte" real estate services within the Canadian real estate association.
Change is always scary when it faces you straight in the eye. However I don't think that this will change the industry in the current marketplace. Sellers know that they need an experienced Realtor to complete a sale in an uncertain market and they cannot afford the mistake of going with ABC Real Estate and lose market momentum and add days on market which could potentially lose them more than they could possibly have saved on said lower al a carte services.
