    Default realtor.com

Realtor.com supposed to be an affilliate of the National Board of Realtors. With the market going down Realtors are affected more than most and this is how us Realtors are being treated by Realtor.com. How can they turn their back on us All Realtors need to turn their back on them.

Check out this from NAR about the possibly misleading statements in that advertising.

If it is on REALTOR.com it is listed with a licensed real estate broker.

I know it has to be listed with a REALTOR to be on there but they should not let forsalebyowner.com use the wording on the website. They should not have and agreement with a website that has commission savings on the home page. What they don't let you know is that listing with a REALTOR on average will get you 15% more for your home but only charge 6%.

They've become too big and too monopolistic to care it would seem. I think it's a shame.

It's unfortunate how some big organizations seem to forget those who have helped make them great along the way.
