Default Are real estate investments really beneficial?

My Regards to the community, I am working in a private firm and really want to secure my future by doing some investments as I can’t be so dependent on my current job forever for all my basic needs. . Can somebody help me, to make me decide that where should I invest my money to get long term profits?

    Default Real Estate

Real Estate in my opinion is the most secure place you can put your money, if you know what your doing. But, make sure you do your due diligence and always educate yourself.

The biggest tip I can give you is to buy low enough. You make your profits when you buy not when you sell real estate.

Yes, investing on a real estate is beneficial as long as you know how to handle or manage it. Find a good realtor in your local to help you what to do on real estate investment. Hire only a realtor who you know has a good background and excellent skills.

It's secure if you invest in the right way. Investigate a lot and see the market tendencies before investing.

R/E is the only place to put your money. But make sure you've done your homework. What you don't know can kill your bank account...

Surely Yes but if you make a detail research on it. Many people loose their money just because they don't make any kind of detail planning about what they are going to do... See what is the best entry point for you and how you captures clients.. Hope you make your self prepared.

    Default Hmmm...

Well... Sure... Real Estate is a great place to invest... especially right now. Seems to be at or near the bottom of the market and with phenominal interest rates. If you're in a state that's known for its appreciation (California, Florida, NY) then wowie... what a great time.

But here's a thought... if you're new to real estate and want to quit your day job, what about investing in some training, systems, and marketing so you won't have to work? There's some great stuff out there... Craig Proctor, Kinder/Reese, and Dan Kennedy (for some general marketing). I'd put my money in training, systems, and marketing... then move on to the big stuff.

    Good Luck!

Default Real estate investing in MN

Here in Minnesota, our real estate team works with a number of investors helping them find all types of properties for sale on the Minnesota MLS: homes, condos, townhomes, various listings, etc.

Of course there can be pitfalls, but if you plug in with a top realtor in your area, he or she should be able to guide you.

Best of luck!!! There seems to be alot of opportunity right now in MN and around the country as a whole!
