Question Looking To Get Into Sales

I started out in a rental agency and after hearing about CB's agents quick sale of my friend's condo realized lately they (my co) haven't really shown me enough about sales. One of the biggest sticking points for me is sales comps and pricing for quick sales

Is there a PDF, Blog or a Book I can read to get more information on how to be a better listing/buying agent?

Thanks for any help I appreciate it!

I got a lot out of reading 'The Champion Real Estate Agent' by Dirk Zeller. He goes over everything in that book. People seem to like 'The Millionaire Real Estate Agent' by Gary Keller.

Good recommendations, I have read both books and have found them excellent for running an efficient real estate business
