Home loan to become cheap?

I got a call from one of the leading bank home loan dept. today . The guy was saying , this is the right time to buy in Bangalore as there are over supply and developers are giving good rate. But the rate will not reduce any further and will only go up as banks will soon start lending in cheaper rate. I am not sure - this guy was trying to push the property to me OR he is talking real!!!

What you guys think?

I think he is bluffing, to my knowledge it is not that much easy to busy a home in Bangalore. Still the real estate market price in Bangalore remains in peak. Need to invest a lot in order to own a home in Bangalore.

I agree with you ,might be he was doing bluffing and its not easy to buy home in Bangalore.
