You can call a real estate agent, because they have access to information about who owns a particular property. You can also find many websites that allow you to look at only foreclosures. I would suggest contacting a REALTOR because there is a lot to know about buying a foreclosure.

If you're looking to find people going into foreclosure for prospecting purposes you can check your local legal news.

I would talk to a local agent, and see if they are a listing agent or a buyers agent. Then ask them if they get the listings. That way you can work with the agent direct. For example, I am a member of reo prep and I can guarantee a client that I get the listing and even though I have to represent the listing ethically it makes more sense to work with me

foreclosures that are ready to be bought can be found on the MLS. For cash buyers, you can try auctions but there are many pitfalls. Find out what agent lists the most Reo properties and you may get some pre-listed opportunities

Firstly you should to local agents as they usually have some variants. Then you can surf the net to look for other foreclosures.

You can find Foreclosure properties by asking and by searching through internet, you can consult a real estate company because they have a list of foreclosure properties in different area and you can also search through internet, most of the people today are using internet to gain and share knowledge, I think you can a search a list of foreclosure properties in your area or in any place you want.
