This may be a stupid question. My friend is wanting to open a pizza restaurant in Southeast Missouri. His funds are limited and I might go in with him. Im curious about what kind, if any, insurance we would have to pay on a building in a situation like that. Obviously we hope to buy but if we rent do we have to insure the building or is that something the owner is responsible for?
