I think talent is important in any work, and in real estate is more important as you have to work with people who turn out to be very talented. Of course you can get some basic knowledge, but you won't do without some talent.

Considering that most agents do not make it past the first 3 years, I have to say it is not easy. Many quit when they find out how much work it really takes and do not make enough money to survive.

It takes a certain type of person to make it. Meaning talent, hard work, intelligence, attitude and much much more contribute to whether or not you will become successful.

definitely true. Usually, the people who are successful in real estate business are those that have talent, determination, patience, skills and good attitude.

It is the personality and the talent. Entering real state business is not that easy, you need to have determination, skills and of course passion in doing it. Having a good personality means you are the right person to lean on to when it comes on deals on properties and skills on making the buyer buy your property. The two are great if they are together.

I agree. Both are necessary for running the business. If you lack one probably you will loose the race for being the successful.
