CA apartment loans discussion
This thread is to help all the agents here with questions regarding Multifamily properties and your apartment listings.
For example:
How lenders view non permitted units.
What loan amount can the subject property qualify for? (remember the borrower does not qualify for the loan for commercial/apartment loans it is the property income of the property that does)
Can this deal be done?
What is a 3,2,1 prepay?
What is the lowest DCR available?

To take a loan is really very hardthings, we saw many advertising that show loan is a easy thing, but I am don't agree with them.
