Hi everybody. In recent years this has become a trend. Soon you will find that all lands are acquired by the investors and a monopolistic market.

i can agree is that now is the perfect time for investing as the prices are quite pleasant and if you have some extra money byuing a piece of land or unfinished construction. Because as it come with building, this is the best investment of all times!

Use caution when investing in pre-construction properties. Keep in mind that developers many times do not complete projects on time, prices are locked in (meaning if the market tanks once the project is complete and you are looking to sell immediately you could be in trouble), or if you are looking to rent the property demand may not meet supply. Make sure that the developer is reputable and that the market you are purchasing in will sustain in the time it takes for the home to be completed - or long term if you are looking to keep the property. I can't believe that people were still this Gun ho, about investing in pre-construction in October of 2009. By then, everything was in free fall.

To say that all of the land would be owned by investors and developers when lenders were foreclosing {and are still foreclosing} on most land, does not sound right. To top it off many properties have gone back to their original agricultural zoning because the projects are not feasible.
