Tips to acquire loan for starting a school
For starting a school business, you first need to own or lease a space for starting the school. The best approach is to buy a fully constructed school building readily available for sale. For information on school building for sale, you need to contact a real estate agent specializing in school property. Usually such companies also offer facilities for availing loans for school building or premises purchase. They even assist you in getting your Health and Occupational Licenses. If the real estate agents also happen to be licensed mortgage brokers, you may be able to avail SBA Loans for as little as ten percent down.

You know i want to tell thank you as you are doing a good thing. You want to open a new school and that's cool. I think some loans are available and they will be ready to help you. But you knwo it's immensely hard to run a school - so much of everything.

In a word - GRANTS.
Now I am not going to cite what grant money is out there, but I am sure you could. If the business plan is secure and solid, and you can get together a grant proposal that gets past a filtering process, you might have what you seek... Of course it sounds easier than what it is.
Like any construction project - first you need a blueprint to work off from, before you call in the construction crew - do you have yours?
Good luck in your endeavors!Michael Suess
