How to structure a new team?
My old real estate mentor is now needing a buyers agent. He has been in the business 25 years and wants to focus primarily on listing.
We are unsure what is fair/normal as far as structuring transactions that he sends the client to me as his buyers agent, as well as any possible partnership on the listing side that we both have (he has more listings, but I have an apartment complex and a riverfront home coming up for list, so the amount listed will be similar). Do you guys have any ideas? Just throw them out there!
