What Commission Split do You Expect?
If you're a new real estate agent, the first thing you wonder about is how much money you will get paid. Even if you're an experienced agent, you want to get as much of your hard earned commission as possible.
My company, is opening a new office. Our focus is going to be on providing leads and business for real estate agents. Most brokerages I have associated with don't provide this. they provide a place to hang the license, an maybe some training. We have several top websites and generate enough leads to give agents an average of about one new lead every day. If agents really work these leads, they will be able to close about 1 in 20 leads. That's an average of more than one closing a month.
What split would you take if you were given enough business for an additional 12 closings a year?
