    Default Reaching the Californians

    Hi,

Almost all of my Buyers are coming from Las Vegas and California. Im wondering what strategies I could employ to direct those clients to me. I am building a SEO designed website to rank high in the Search Engines. What other ideas do you have?

Maybe set up a blog for real estate investment: I would create a list of areas that are hot: cedar city being one of them and expand on them. By doing this and blogging you can draw attention from potential investors back to your blog and to your site. It may be worth it while your site is being developed. go here www.blogger.com set up and blog away

Ya we have winter, but its fairly mild here. It snows but rarely sticks. Now in the mountains its a different story. I will go ahead and try the Blog. We will see what happens with it.

There are many things apart of web like people links, magazines, billboards, bank deals to ease people to get mortgages, broad range of different services etc

Have you tried facebook? It appears you have worked with folks from those areas in the past. The folks you know, know others and those folks know yet others.

Get a page, get some friends, and spread the word.

Default Endless Possibilities on the Internet

There are so many ways to build your business using the Internet. I would say that one of the most effective is to contact companies that are related to your industry (specifically in that area) and work out some partnership where you are listed as a "Service Provider' or "Realtor", etc...

Think into the future.... Where is the web going? It's going in the direction of more enhanced technology, surfing websites on phones, etc...

Always utilize free tools, Blogger, WordPress, MySpace, FaceBook, etc... But remember to become an authority on your topic, don't get on those marketing avenues just to post your website link. Write content, blogs, etc that make visitors want to bookmark your site and come back for more information.

Set up a email newsletter, set up rss feeds on your site, endless possibilities!

    Hope that helps!

    Take some listings!

Buyers, no matter where they are from, nor how the listings are advertised or promoted, always respond to properties that are currently on the market - not that they buy what they respond to - but the opportunity to create relationship is presented.

When it comes to seo/ Internet marketing, much better if your site is reader friendly as well. and informational.
