Happy Holidays to all. I'm rolling out an online coaching program early 2009. I would love some honest feedback about what you like and don't like about current coaching systems made available to agents. I have my opinions after forking over thousands for programs that where great to terrible but I am very interested in your thoughts. Since I don't claim to be a "know all" guru, interviews will be a major part of my program. What type of interviews would interest you? What type of "take home" materials would you appreciate? How do you feel about group coaching? What unique feature would really attract you to a coaching program? And the best for last, what do you think would be a fair monthly investment?
