How to promote homes overseas

In the Florida market, we are having a flood of European buyers with the dollar being weak and our Florida market being weaker. We are selling a lot of properties as investments. The prices have dropped as much as 90% on some properties!!! The rents are still high and investors are making a killing. I am not as internet savy as you guys. I have always kept a site to capture leads through an idx system and promoted it through ads and email signature. It served the purpose, but now I need more for the over sea investors. We also have a flood of weekend rentals and the websites suck to push buyers to properties that are available. Where should I start? Any suggestions?

You can promote it through internet by advertising your property with some special offers and tell the best part of it in the description.

Have you tried doing PPC Advertising? It can help you direct visitors to your websites. But you have to direct the ads to the exact page of your site and make your website navigation user-friendly so that visitors can easily view the properties you are selling.

Use the local press in Europe and the forums and the socila networks and may be some real estate sites or agents who work online.

Local press and put your advertisement for a week.Also give your site link in it and other offers highlighted.Integrate your site to Facebook that should help to generate traffic and leads.

Consider having a website that has listings/details in the various languages spoken throughout Europe. Not everyone speaks English :-)
This will also give you improved visibility on the search engines; and foreign search engines may also link more often to you with that localized content.

I think the best ways for advertising your properties to get leads from overseas is are use the system of google adwords (PPC ) so you can target your visitors to multiple countries,Contribute in a lot of real estate forums and make some discounts and intriguing offers for buyers on the internet. Increase your back links as well by reading about SEO tricks.
