Another user posted some great tips for getting started. Simply go to the PPC section, and search for "How to structure a profitable PPC campaign".
Good luck!

this might help you
In PPC, we build data-based models Process characterization is an activity in which we:
- identify the key inputs and outputs of a process
- collect data on their behavior over the entire operating range
- estimate the steady-state behavior at optimal operating conditions
- and build models describing the parameter relationships across the operating range

PPC Advertising Campaigns
Hey MRealty, how's the PPC campaign coming? Here's a good article (blog entry, actually) on basic internet marketing for realtors, though it only glosses over the PPC aspect of internet marketing.
Basically, you have two options: run the PPC campaign yourself, or hire an expert to handle it for you. Obviously your choice will depend on your budget, but be warned: a huge mistake novices make at PPC is overbidding per click, which costs a lot of unnecessary money in itself.
If you've tried managing a PPC ad campaign on your own, and aren't satisfied with the results, you might get a quote on PPC campaign management from our site, as it may be cost effective to hire an expert instead of wasting a lot of time and money on your own.
Whatever direction you go in, I wish you the best of luck!

I would recommend that you try to start off with a very small Google Adwords campaign. After a short time you'll have a much better idea of how CPC advertising works.
After that to go back and reread the guides posted above. You will get different information out of them the second time around after you have done it in practice.Compete Realty Team

Of course it works or no one would use PPC services. Now at the current cost per click will it of an appropriate ROI for your business, now that is another story. You must find out what your website conversion is then determine how much your profit is and cut that in half that is what you can afford to pay per click.

I personally like PPC marketing. You only pay when it works. The real key is how effective your website is at capturing the traffic that you generate with your PPC keywords.

For PPC marketing, it's best to find a professional who can handle everything for you.
It's a great type of marketing in that you only pay money if you're making money.Wise Startup Blog Learn how to buy, sell, and profit from online businesses

PPC or Pay per Click is a type of search marketing where advertisers pay a set amount every time their ad is clicked by a prospect (otherwise known as a click thru).
Some search engines, such as Overture, specialize in this type of advertising medium, although pay per click is not limited solely to pay-per-click engines. For instance, Looksmart, a directory, recently changed its business model to pay per click. Also, XML trusted feeds through Inktomi and Fast are sold at a per-click basis.

In this day and age all realtors need to be using it. Eventually someone in your area will be using it. If you live in a small town you could spend almost nothing to get a few targetted leads
