Do you no how to effectively use PPC? | I do!
I have found an online video series that has taught me how to become an expert marketer on the internet. Not only have I learn how to use PPC effectively and efficiently; this video series has shown me how to use a number of FREE advertising alternatives as well.
I used to try to learn by buying these 1000 plus page manuels that a lot of the so called Guru's sell online, but I never had the patients to read through all that garbage. The video's were liking sitting with my best buddy the Internet Guru and having him show me step by step how to do it. The best part.... the company...Wealth Funnel Systems... even let's you market this system to others. It has been a great way to make extra money during this RE slump.
PPC is great because it allows me to focus my marketing on my niche market; whether it be my real estate prospects or prospects looking to learn how to market on the internet and make money. thewealthfunnelsystem4u.c0m.Last edited by SteveNordberg; 03-01-2008 at 01:31 PM. Reason: Correction

I'm selling my product with PPC.
My adwords campaign on a daily basis is about $14 and the result is about $100 of sales/day. So I net $86...
I'll try to do a $28/day campaign to check if I double my sales...

PPC - Great for Traffic
PPC is great for real estate because the profit margins are so high that you can justify the expense on adwords. I used them on my last flip and got a few leads

Fantastic results with PPC. I have heard that for every $1 you spend in cost you can get up to $5 in revenue. I'll take those odds any day.

Using PPC doesn't work too bad
even when you haven't had any formal training. I was just messing around with it recently and found that I was able to double my traffic to the site without really knowing what I was doing. The other thing that I have found is that you can save some money buy not using a lot of vague or general terms. Good luck.

Anyway you drive traffic to your site is worth more than its weight in gold! Even with a low conversion rate, PPC can bring in masses which is bound to pay off!

On that note though, does anyone have any PPC tips that help with conversion rate?

Videos are the key
I found some videos online, produced by an internet consultant named Derrick Harper, on internet marketing. PPC on Google is only a small part of these videos. I have ordered manuals and books on the subject in the past but never found the time to pour through and learn internet marketing. After watching these videos, I finally feel like I am getting somewhere. Plus I am making some extra money during this crappy real estate cycle we are all going through.
Since I am a newbie on the forum, I can not post the web site where I found these videos and opportunity. Send me a private message and I will give you the link.Steve Nordberg
