Need some help with avatar!

I can't help but I have the same problem.

Maybe we should make enough noise so that our thread can be seen and hopefully something can be done about it. I've tried 3 times and keep getting an error message. I think I am following all instructions correctly.

Perhaps it is because your images are too large or not in a correct aspect ratio? I'm not really sure what could be causing that, but those two things would be my idea. I'm not sure if there is an avatar section in the rules or terms of service, but you might want to check there as well.

according to the "admin" when I joined - that is a "glitch" in his (or her) new forum base and "they" will fix it shortly

wonder what "shortly" means ?

I'd bet it either exceeds the 37MB file size limit, or is larger than 100 X 100 pixels. (Very few pictures are actually 100X100, so you'll have to crop and downsize.)
