Why is my pic not loading?
I can upload this pic as an avatar? Size is not big! I think it should work? Some help please? Me in Mexico 2007

Read rules carefully, what formats are allowed, max dimensions, and what is max size.
This is what rulebook says:

please choose a small size of pictures. and also you will decrease a file size then you will easily upload pictures on the web.

Make sure the file extension is of an allowable type too.
