When should PPC show up on google

Having used both Google and Yahoo for my PPC needs the number one reason they don't show is that you did not bid high enough for the words you were using. Or if they do show they are so far down that there is no real benefit. The fact is the more competitive the words the more you are going to have to spend and since real estate is very competitive I imagine if you want to see any real results you have to come BIG.

As other people said, I've had my ads show up very quickly when I bid high, but if I'm trying to scrape the bottom of the bidding price range then it is a crap shoot if they will show up at all.

Mls, great points as far as the time to have the ads placed. I have not done ppc yet, but I will be doing a campaign within the next month. I will give feedback after trying out different times.

There are many reasons for it

1st you must bid lower then your competitors
2ndly, if you are in India or china and you are promoting your website in USA then you will not be able to see the results..
Thirdly, you may have set timings..
