I felt happy after coming to this forum as I wanted to know more about PPc. Why are people very interested in this.

I would be happy if any one can answer and advice me.

Yeah you really need to be careful about click fraud I hear its worse than many of us know and is starting to lead to a decline in PPC which means SEO is becoming more important.

But if you are going to do ppc hire a professional and just pick a good starting budget to test things out.

    Default Frightening subject, Pay-Per-Click

I have been in forums for years and seen agents throwing so much money away. PPC is serious business. BEFORE you ever run a campaign, you must have a solid website to send these visitors to.

I have seen "real estate" used as a term, think about it! That would be real estate everywhere.

Do your homework and attend a Google Adwords, called awseminars. Google this as I cannot put links up yet in the forum.

For a few hundred dollars, you will walk away with more information that you can handle, and get a birdeye view on how the big boys do this.

If your website is filled with nonsense information, and a lousy structure, you will waste your money.

If you have a clean design, the homepage is easy to navigate and you know your target market, you will see better results. Start with $100 per month and fine tune this. Never run a ppc without a quality IDX on your site. I know that some areas do not have this, so understand that real estate visitors want to see homes for sale, and perhaps listings.

We know this from massive amounts of tracking over the years and common sense. Do not put accolades about how great you on on the homepage. They don't care, they want to see homes for sale. Put your awards on the "about me" page.

Monitor your bounce rates. If you have more than 50%, you are wasting more than 50% of the money that you put into your ppc, which typically can take 6 months to see any type of result.

Do your homework. Do not hire a company unless you have done due diligence and can ask smart questions. If someone is willing to set up a ppc on a crummy site, run.

Pay per click PPC is an Internet advertising model used on search engines, advertising networks, and content sites, such as blogs, in which advertisers pay their host only when their ad is clicked. With search engines, advertisers typically bid on keyword phrases relevant to their target market. Content sites commonly charge a fixed price per click rather than use a bidding system.

Hello, I have never done any good with PPC. Always costs me a fortune and the conversion rates for me are poor.
I have had better results placing links in high visiting websites.

PPC is pretty complicated but effective way of advertising. Like I was saying earlier, main purpose of PPC is to create user core base, which will do work for you. If you offer then enough quality content, they will seed your links on the web. PPC is good to establish good starting results and to "warm-up" the web site.
