this can be quite expensive if not targeted. Better to advertise on real estate websites. For example i manage a website that soley promotes filipino property.

    Default AdWords Content

AdWords pay per click is an excellent resource for localized pay per click advertising for real estate agents and Yahoo continues to also be good for regional advertising for realtors.

Adwords content is also a good place to advertise now that they have the new placement report that shows where your ads are being shown (still in beta but you can request to have this added to your account). Experiment with image ads and mobile ads on content. Image ads are simple to set up with AdWords Editor now that it supports image ad additions and changes.

I haven't heard of too many great real estate affiliate programs. But obviously Google's adsense is a great way to help monitize your website. If your looking for affiliate programs try researching

    financial services
    home renovations
    moving companies
    interior design companies
    real estate ebooks

Just a few thoughts off the top of my head.

Adsense allows publishers to add Google content ads to their site to generate revenue off of traffic. Adwords allows you to be the advertiser that displays on those contextual ads or of course on Googles Search. My advice for using Adwords would be to stay as relevant as possible. If you dont want to spend too much money, stay relevant with your adtext and keywords while constantly testing and adjusting.
