    Default PPC in Your Market Only or Nationwide?

    Do you choose to do your adwords PPC in your local market or nationwide?

    depends on what your looking to do? If you need a license for the work generated by the website in that state then the answer should be obvious. With as expensive as PPC is you should really pay attention to where your ads are placed.

    At least 95% percent of real estate people work in one local market. If that's what you do, there's your answer.

    Since real estate is about Location, Location, Location. Your ad should be targeted to people searching your area, so you only need a local market campaign.

    You really don't want to pay for a click on your ad for somebody that is looking for real estate 500 miles from where you work.
