I think that the best way of more traffic is link building and you can do this by forum posting, blog commenting, article marketing and also by using social networks.

The best way to get links is to do forum posts and blog comments. They come at once and they are usually dofollow and give some traffic.

Link building may not send you traffic directly, but it definitely helps you improve your ranking on search engines which in turn increase website traffic.

However, if you can get reviews from top-class blogs/websites that can send you some direct traffic.

Also, you can try promoting your website on social media.

Blog commenting -- this is the link building technique that help to increase the traffic. commenting should be relevant blog.

Gust Posting-- there is few website or blog that provides the Guest posting facility, it also provide the huge traffic.

The best way to get traffic is through search engines. I use the Goolg Adwords Keyword Tool to see what people are searching for and then target those keywords. Some are more competitive than others, but you can do. If you don't want to do it yourself, it'd be worth hire an SEO expert because you'll be getting free traffic rather than paid traffic. Not everything is about links for your site. If you really have good real estate techniques and ideas, people are going to refer you, people are going to blog about you, people are going to link to your site and people are going to share you with their friends. If you are just a so-so agent, chances are low and if you are not a good agent, you'd probably wouldn't make it online or offline. so before you build up your reputation online, make sure you do it offline first.
