Its best to stay away from link farms. The last thing you want is to put a lot of time and effort into your website and then get banned from google because you have tried to take the easy route on your SEO.

Link exchanges don't work. If two websites links to each other, Google will just cancel them out. Once way links are always better.

I would highly recommend staying away from Link Farming. There are a minority of cases where it will pay off, but you risk the chance of being sandboxed by Google, which means they either won't show your site, or show it with extremely low rankings. 99% of the time, it's only a matter of time before they catch up to you... it may take a month, it may take 6 months. However, those guys at Google are pretty damn smart.

Link farming was big a few years ago when linking/backlinking became very important for google. It did work for a bit but eventually that ship sailed when google realised that it made their data and ultimately their whole system inacurate.

Link farming is a group of sites that link all together to each site in a group i see a lot of my competitors involved in it. I just hope they will get caught! My advise is to STAY away from link farming bc it is the worst thing you can do!! Link farming will destroy all of your hard affords. I see it happened many times!

You might not be banned by Google, but you are going to be de-indexed for sure. Since the Panda update, Google is working hard against the link farms. Several company specialized in link farm decided to close because Google de-indexed almost all their sites.
