pay per click general question
Strategically, would it be cheaper to pay per click for general key words like "israel real estate" or "jerusalem apartment" or specified phrases like "jerusalem apartment for rent" or "tel aviv apartment for sale"
Thanks so much for your help

Go here: https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal
Plug in your different keywords and do a search. Click the drop down box and have it show estimate cpc. That will tell you which is cheaper. You should also check the broad-phrase-exact searches to see the differences in price and searches.

Generally it's always better to use long tail keywords, or non-generic keywords.
Instead of 'apartments for rent' use 'california apartments for rent' or 'san francisco apartments for rent'

Lon Keywords
It is be better if you use long (3-4 words) keywords, it will attract buyers, while a short keyword will only attract browsers. The more specific the keyword is, the more like that click will turn into sales.

Yes, stay away from generic (1-2 word) keywords as much as possible. They usually do not convert well, unless you have a niche that isn't in the real estate business.
Good Luck!
