    Default MILK and HONEY

I'm really starting to realize that so many Realtors put way to much stock into PPC and SEO. So we really need to define what "works" realy means

Does it get you visits to your website? Yes
Does it generate some calls and leads Yes
Is it a great return on your investment? I'd say no
(that's my bias view once again...)

I will try limiting the ad, in a small time increments, then see how it goes.
    Thanks

PPC is great for generating visitors right away but the second you stop paying... you lose your traffic. I would rather invest my money into giving my website stronger presence in the organic results.

I think it's also important to drive traffic to your site through other methods other than organic results because if Google decides to make a change to it's organic results, you have lost any traffic you were getting. I think it's a good idea to write Buyer/Seller targeted articles and post them to high ranking authority sites or post the articles on your blog as this will also help drive clients to your website.

    All the best!

    Jeff

Default Everyone has great advice but to add to it...

You should always analyze your marketing whether it's investing in SEO, PPC, Traditional Marketing or anything else.

I suggest always analyzing your data and make changes to increase your ROI.

The thing about SEO is that it may take up to 2 weeks to see the difference from your changes.

    I hope that helps!

Generally, contextual ads work better with services.

The simplest answer is "yes" and "No".

    (1) Yes: The person managing the PPC must be very knowledgeable about your products and services. better for him to concentrate on quality versus quantity. Also, must have a set program that needs evaluation every week.

    (2) No: If you have a very limited budget and want to see miracle. Now miracle can happen, but it is better when you don't expect it.

summary: try to determine approximately what number of people your trying to close for your business, then determine your budget.

Google Ads definitely works but as previously state, you have to do heavy SEO to drive traffic to your site. Also try to blend texts ads in with your content so people will click on them.
