    Default Careful With PPC Ads

This is just to warn people when using pay per click advertising, avoid using general key words. I recently used large generic key words like real-estate, real-estate market, profitable real estate, ect. The key words were so generic my impressions for in the high thousands and the clicks far ceded my budget and I lost hundreds of dollars due to high volume of clicks. THe only problem was the high volume of clicks were from people not really interested in my market. I needed to be more specific. Try to think of exactly who your target audience is and try to keep is specific. You will have less clicks, meaning less ad money, but higher sales from interested buyers.

    Good Luck

I suggest you use the city that you are interested in along with the keyword(s).

This is true, you should always try to be very descriptive with your keywords. Long tail keywords are much easier to rank and the customer who are using descriptive searches are looking to buy instead of browse. /

The more specific the better, in order to efficiently attract your target market.

    ann arbor 23M results
    ann arbor lakefront 128k results
ann arbor lakefront homes 56k results
ann arbor lakefront rental homes 23k results

The fewer results, the fewer adsense or other pay-per-click advertisers...
Less advertisers means a niche market, and higher ranking of your ad.

It's a good idea to start small and keep a watch on the campaign...if you can.
