    Default Southern Oregon Real Estate

We are seeing Californians cash out and move here to retire. We have no sales taxe and on the average it is 50.00 to regiister your car for two years. When people are retiring all these little savings help. We have heard numbers that state in the next 5 years there are 9 million Californians retiring and 40% of those are looking at other places to live such as Oregon,Arizona,& Nevada.
Has anyone else heard about this?? I would like to see some kind of numbers on this and not just hear say.
