Hi everybody,

We are a real estate company based out of delhi, India. Looking at the current home valuations in the US and on the other hand looking at the growing purchasing power of Indians, we really think that it would be a viable business opportunity to market these American properties to our clients in India.

The question I would like to ask my fellow forum members is that:
a) Is it possible?
b) would it be advisable to go in for new home sales or look at foreclosure properties as well.
c)the road ahead?
