What is the average cost for training?
(A nice established office gave me a fee of approx $3200, this is including uniform, REALTOR assoc. fee, and 2wks of training.)

What is the usual length of training?

What is a decent percentage split?
(I was quotes a 60% comm. to start with an adj scale)

Monthly dues?
($75 a month, includes my own phone#, 100 copies per month)
